This just in! It's that time again! Time to prepare for warmer weather and days at the lake and night by the grill chasing lightening bugs! But before all that wonderful summer sunshine and good times let's get down to business. Winter was long and cold, wet and dirty. Sand and road salt, dirt and mud everywhere. It's time to do some airing out and cleaning up and checking our homes for seasonal change. Call your HVAC guy and have a routine cleaning and check on your system make sure you've changed out any filters and vacuumed out all your vents and cold air returns. As luck would have it Zeke was away for a couple months taking care of business and a bunch of hooligans to put it mildly and without the anger I truly feel took it upon themselves to rob and destroy the home he was renting to own.
