put some springing in your spring. Let's get a restart.

This just in! It's that time again! Time to prepare for warmer weather and days at the lake and night by the grill chasing lightening bugs!

But before all that wonderful summer sunshine and good times let's get down to business. Winter was long and cold, wet and dirty. Sand and road salt, dirt and mud everywhere.
It's time to do some airing out and cleaning up and checking our homes for seasonal change.
Call your HVAC guy and have a routine cleaning and check on your system make sure you've changed out any filters and vacuumed out all your vents and cold air returns.
Check your windows and screens, patch or replace any tears in your screen before all the wonderful warm weather bugs start creepy crawling around and become guests inside your home.
Turn on your outside water connection and check for drops and fix accordingly. It's also spring rain season and it's time to check for leaky roofs and clean those gutters.
Some of your foundation diet might likely need to be filled and repacked.
It's definitely the time if year to open your windows and clean really well and celebrate the fact you got longer days with warmer temperatures on the way.
Our family loves springtime. I hope that your family enjoys this spring too Lord knows this winter was a rough one

A 2 by 8 costs WHAT?

And other ghost stories from middle America  At the sane time we saw house prices leap into the sellers plus arena during this pandemic we also saw lumbar shoot skyhigh and make building furniture and other things outrageous.  So comes the new era of DIY lumberjacks and the sawmill. Amazingly we are seeing the rebirth of blood sweat and tear work. but before it was all the rage and sawmills had waiting list. Zeke was dreaming of having his own sawmill and building his own shop and home.  Mike festiva     NPR the new lumberjacks       The right cut-Milling lumber   Have any if you explored milling your own wood or drying it in a kiln. what about over state lines and other travel  this is a dream I stand and honor. soon I'll be starting a web donation drive and looking for an angel 8nvestor or two. I'll be convincing you that Zeke is the best man for the job and will knock your socks off but he could use a tad bit of help....

This Just in!

Rumour has it there's a new guy in town and hes cleaning the place up one repair and remodel at a time.Okay...you caught us, sometimes even two or three at a time. AND Zeke isn't really the "new new" guy in town but hes definitely one who came up the old fashioned way with a tin of blood sweat and (don't tell the HeMan woman haters club) even a few tears. Zeke a.k.a Christopher Zevecke knows old fashioned work ethics and values like the back of his hand. Never handed a thing in his life hes pushed shoved even groveled (wait,no not this.)   and out worked many a man to stand at this starting line.  From a several generation family not scared to earn their way and put in an honest 18 hour day. Zeke has experience in every aspect of home building and remodel as  well experience from  outbuildings to roofs to driveways, and the cars, trucks and trailers they hold. It's nothing to see him putting in a weekend doing body work on some kind of vehicle in  O...

Darcl Ellison 2 reviews 5 days ago NEW Positive:   Professionalism ,   Punctuality ,   Quality ,   Responsiveness ,   Value If you can't picture it, he can. His work gives a whole new meaning to "think outside the box". His work is exquisite and he doesn't stop until the job is done. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
